A graduate of Statistics from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba Lagos, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and an MBA in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Ogbomosho. He is a certified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, the Nigeria Institute of Management, and the Institute of Healthcare Financing & Management. He has also undergone various training programs in risk management specific to managed care, as well as in rating and underwriting health insurance products, health insurance underwriting , quality assurance and improvement, business development, project management, and more.

He began his career in 2010 after completing his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Jigawa, where he worked with the Ministry of Health on the Malaria Booster Control Project. He then joined Investcorp Medicare Limited (now Wellness Healthcare Limited) as a data management and analysis specialist. During his time there, he pioneered the Management Information Systems (MIS)/Data unit of the Underwriting Department from 2010 to 2014 and held various positions within the organization. He also spent a brief period at Millward Brown, where he engaged in detailed market research before joining Lifeworth Medicare Ltd in 2016 as a Data Management Executive in the Data Management/MIS Unit of the Underwriting Department. Due to his exceptional performance, he advanced through the ranks to his current position. With extensive experience in the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) sector, he is recognized as a result-oriented and decisive leader committed to excellence.
